Pink Socks

I’ve tried knitting lace socks before, but never had the patience to stick it out. I find it so easy to give up when I get off track on the pattern. But this pattern is so easy and I was determined to stick it out. I’m about halfway done with the foot. The yarn is Cascade Heritage, superwash wool, size 2 needles. I love the color. It’s not as bright as the pictures make it appear, I call it dusty pink. I don’t know who will end up with this pair, I need to make them bigger for myself, but decided to model one anyway. The pattern is here: http://knitty.com/ISSUEsummer08/PATTspringforward.html. Knitty has such great patterns. Try one.
